Con Murphys feels very new and modern. The most appealing thing about it is the staff if you ask me. Everyone is very nice, knowledgeable about their menu (beer and food), and most importanltly acts like they want to be there. I find that so many coolguy, punkster bartenders need to be tickled to get a smile out of them and I dont get that feeling at all at Con Murphys - I actually get the "good to see you, thanks for coming in" feeling and I think that is the best compliment I can pay to an Irish Pub. When I go into an Irish Pub there are a few things that I want: good beer on tap, decent barfood, and bartenders/servers who make stopping in worth it. Con Murphys has all of the above. Thanks for coming to the Ben Franklin Pkwy area!
